2. Booking & Payments
- A signed agreement and deposit are required to reserve services.
- Full payment is due by the date specified in your contract.
- Late payments may result in service cancellation.
3. Cancellations & Refunds

- Be respectful to staff and adhere to agreed-upon timelines
5. Use of Media
By attending or hosting an event with Your Unforgettable, you grant us permission to use photos or videos taken at your event for promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing prior to the event.
6. Limitation of Liability
y3E, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
7. Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.
